| 299141 | 2004-12-02 10:36:00 | I need to boot from a floppy and recognise my NTFS C drive, I tried before with a Windows 95 boot disk, and after it didn't work I realised that it was due to the W95 disk not being able to read a NTFS drive. (it can read my FAT one, which it dubbed C:\ in lieu) I created a boot floppy in XP, but when I booted from this, when it loaded the disk it said "Windows ME somethingrather' and still wouldn't recognise the drive, do all XP boot disks do that? I need a boot disk that will recognise my NTFS! :P |
