| 299090 | 2004-12-02 07:23:00 | Hello Maybe you can help. All of a sudden, since i have got a scanner, when i print preview a jpeg picture it only shows about one quarter of the image (eg top left quadrant) and, as you expect, only about a quarter of the picture (which should fit on one page easily) is printed. On the partial printout at the bottom there is reference to 20% of the image being printed in the file location reference, eg "file//C:My%20Documents\Digital%20photos\ "...etc etc. I can preview and print other program files okay, including other image programs, eg bmp, tiff. Can someone tell me how I can fix this, eg rescale my printing back to 100%, or whatever. Thanks Johnr |

| 299091 | 2004-12-02 07:40:00 | The 20% is nothing to do with 20 % "20%" in HTML = a space. so ""file//C:My%20Documents\Digital%20photos\" really means: "file//C:My Documents\Digital photos\" |

| 299093 | 2004-12-02 17:47:00 | I accidently print about a 1/4 of a photo once in a while. For me the problem is that I haven't changed the paper type. eg I use 10x15 photo paper but the setting in the printer is set to print A4 |
