Im happy about the buyer templates , i often have many auctions finishing at once and writing buyer emails is hell

298843 2004-12-01 22:15:00 It looks good . The quick relist option will be very handy if it works as I am expecting it to .

Probably won't use the email template as I already have a "stationery" email template set up in Eudora but will check out Trademe's new one to see if it is better .

I wonder when the changes will be implemented?

298845 2004-12-01 22:21:00 I'm confused as to why people post here about trademe.......
Their is a whole trademe community with a forum dedicated to this sort of thing on Trademe.co.nz.

Surely, you would get a bigger response if you were to post your queries there.

298846 2004-12-01 22:46:00 I rather write things here about trademe than at the trademe community.Even though people there are less people which will reply.People are much more friendly there.
Lastime I asked about refunding money to the buyer everybody started fighting with each other.
This girl bid on my auction .I told her no more stock as i wrote in the comment.
I emailed her as promise on sunday that I will tell her if i can find her stock. On sunday nite at 7:25pm i said I got u a nokia 7200 as u asked. Then at 11pm she said she wants me to refund her money...
The story goes on..I posted it that at trademe.
Everybody started abusing me

A lot of computer minded people use TradeMe to buy and sell computer related stuff, therefore it is relevant here. The TradeMe forum is one of the most childish forums I've ever seen - makes PF1 look positively grown-up.

If you're thinking is correct one would wonder what any of us use PF1 at all. After all there are other forums dedicated to hardware and software issues. Why not just use them? You recently started a thread about a night vision filter for Vodafone V602-SH cell phones, why here when there are plenty of forums dedicated to cell phones?

298848 2004-12-01 22:47:00 people are much more friendly than at trademe.I started a thread which meant to help me answer my question at the end people were like ITS YOUR FAULT!!!and makes u feel really bad.Puts u down! yingxuan (3330)
298849 2004-12-01 22:48:00 I agree..People are much more grown up here.If things get out of hand there's always the people at pressF1 that will knock and warn people but at trademe. Its really well..Unfriendly! yingxuan (3330)
298850 2004-12-01 22:54:00 Hopefully this template makes it easier to understand what the hell the buyer is on about - some of these automated responses are barely distinguishable as English.

Further more, when I once asked to clarify, it was made more confusing and I was told to check myself the price as I'd probably know better than they did. (Their words). Now this is probably true because they do so many auctions, but what would happen if I were to misunderstand the price (as was highly likely given the email structure) and pay the wrong amount?

298851 2004-12-01 22:57:00 I once received a nigerian scam.It was like backwards english and reverse.Haha.It was funny to read because it doesn't even make any sense.Hahaha yingxuan (3330)
