| 299240 | 2004-12-02 20:21:00 | I was recently viewing a site to which I subscrbe, and read a few words from a subscriber extolling the virtues of Firefox and recommending it. A reply came as follows: "Your post verges on spam, though I believe you have no real stake in this software, and that your interest is in contributing to the group. Thus, we shall consider your intent honorable. Spybot hazards are VERY likely when you use a third party browser. Further, it has been outlined herein that MOZILLA is a prime source of spybots. Dont believe me? Run Ad Aware or Spybot S & D and learn the truth." I have just yesterday downloaded Firefox from the PC World CD, and would interested to hear the thoughts of PC World subscribers. Where have they outlined this and what have they outlined... some evidence or proof of their claims would be good if you could provide us with the material they are referring to.
