| 299454 | 2004-12-03 06:39:00 | Hey, I'm trying to download a bios update for my Compaq 2548AI laptop from the HP/Compaq website. However whenever I try to download that file (BIOS KH.F.24) or infact any other bios for any other product, the ftp server comes back as unknown. I've tried for the last few days with multiple browsers and more than one computer. Can anyone else see if they have the same problem? Ash |

| 299457 | 2004-12-03 10:46:00 | I just tried that site and it works fine for me. This was the site that you were downloading from here (h10025.www1.hp.com)? Can you access any other ftp server from your machine? |
