| 299322 | 2004-12-03 09:49:00 | I set up an Asterisk server at work. We use grandstream SIP phones and 2 ISDN BRI's (4 lines). The grandstream phones seem to work alright, although I had one break itself when it updated its firmware recently. Apparently it might be fixed by reflashing it with a local TFTP server, but I haven't had time to test it yet. There isn't really any "best" linux distro to use - any one will do. If you're using ISDN cards though, SUSE has the best isdn support out of any distro. |

Although woosh is not he best for VOIP, so they say, where do I learn more abot Skype voip usage. The good articles/places, to pick from the herd that come up on google. I understand the concepts, but this is where my Knoweledge of this topic stops. D. |
