| 300049 | 2004-12-06 07:59:00 | Today our PC mysteriously popped up with a BSOD displaying "BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER". I have simply allowed it to finish "dumping" memory to hard disk. The PC is running WinXP Home with SP2, however the registry is a bit corrupted because of my tinkering. This has never happened before, and seemed to happen after we switched on our HP PSC1210 MFC unit. I also cannot seem to find anything useful through Google. Does anyone know what this could mean (it has happened twice within the space of 5 minutes). I have just turned off the printer to see if it helps. |

| 300051 | 2004-12-06 19:49:00 | Thanks Johnboy. I was not running any USB devices other than the HP PSC, and I have never ever encountered such an issue. At the moment it is switched off, and I haven't had any problems with it all night. I'll try the suggestion posted in the EE article. |
