| 299874 | 2006-09-02 01:38:00 | HI, I got one of these modems off trademe without an instillation disc. I went to Dick Smiths website and downloaded the driver but doesnt seem to do anything. I can install it for some reason. Does anyone know where anywhere else i can download a driver from? Thank you |

I can install it for some reason.Do you mean you can't install it for some reason? That file from DSE is zipped. Did you extract the zipped file first? The installation guide (pg 15 for WinXP) for the modem says to use the "Found New Hardware Wizard" when you plug in the modem and then browse to the Wan folder on the CD. Seeing you don't have the CD, just browse to that Wan folder which is inside the zipped file you downloaded from DSE. |
