| 1375529 | 2014-05-22 17:08:00 | I have a G1 Sniper Z87 motherboard and the USB's don't work. I have six 3.0 USB's from my case and when I plug in an external 3.0 Hard Drive it makes the noise that the computer knows it's there and the same with the 2.0 flash card. I loaded the express load of drivers for the motherboard and the 3.0 USB cable is plug in so I think I'm missing drivers and I'm not sure but they must be on the motherboard DVD but I'm not sure where? | lostsoul62 (16011) | ||
| 1375530 | 2014-05-22 20:30:00 | Depending on the version of windows that's installed, (www.gigabyte.co.nz) download then install the chipset drivers (I think that's the Intel INF installation), if you didnt install them when you installed windows. And download/install the USB 3 drivers. And if you want to update the BIOS within windows, you have to install this Intel Management Engine Interface |
