| 1376167 | 2014-05-30 02:51:00 | Looks like a few thing are stuffed, FF runs but if you download something then go to open the downloaded file / select opening containing folder, it says class not registered. If you right mouse on the desktop / personalize you get a no such interface supported error. Screen resolution brings up the same error. But gadgets works It's possible there's a corrupt profile Or it looks like some files somehow have been unregistered |

| 1376168 | 2014-05-30 03:03:00 | Got it somehow actxprxy.dll had become unregistered. This fixed the personalize error and computer / properties now works. It also fixed the class not registered error in firefox. And the screen resolution error Had to type this in a command prompt (run it as admin). "%SystemRoot%\SysWOW64\regsvr32.exe" "%SystemRoot%\SysWOW64\actxprxy.dll" this is for Win 7 64 bit If you've got Win7 32 bit, you type this instead "%SystemRoot%\System32\regsvr32.exe" "%SystemRoot%\System32\actxprxy.dll" |

| 1376169 | 2014-05-30 04:26:00 | Looks like IE had the same prob as above. ieproxy.dll wasn't registered. Thats why it closed 10-15 secs after it was opened. To fix this, open a command prompt as admin, then type regsvr32.exe "c:\program files (x86)\internet explorer\ieproxy.dll" for IE 32 bit. And regsvr32.exe "c:\program files\internet explorer\ieproxy.dll" for 64 bit Just updating IE 11 now, so far so good. HOPEFULLY it'll run properly now |
