| 301164 | 2004-12-09 02:31:00 | Umm is offline files or fast user switching enabled on your PC NZHawk?? The help file for briefcase (do a search for brief) says something to do with Briefcase and Offline Files. I wonder if Offline Files is enabled, Briefcase doesnt appear?? |

| 301165 | 2004-12-09 02:35:00 | Hi Folks. To get "My Briefcase" in windows xp. Click Start, click Run, type in syncapp and click OK. An icon should appear on your desktop that says "My Briefcase". Double click it and you will get the instructions on how to use, etc. |
