Looks like they're current one's as well R2, quote (my underlining):

But does this actually mean that Telecom recognises they have a problem, going forward as it were?

Can you imagine the verbose puffery that will be the result of their survey?
Really! we could save them the bother and Telecom a big wad of cash, could we not . It would only take a line or two ;)
