| 301277 | 2004-12-09 08:08:00 | Hi, I've just installed Thunderbird; entered allthings to do with my Slingshot account. Then it asked for my password - which I may have mistyped - and now I get refused entry. No second chance to retry, even clicking 'Help' provokes the warning. Great security but... Can anyone help please; thanks Sarum |

| 301280 | 2004-12-10 08:16:00 | Thanks Spacemannz - soon as I load Thunderbird there's the warning re- password not accepted and clicking on anything else provokes it. I see Rob99 has an answer - I shall try it and let you know. Thanks again. |
