301448 2004-12-09 20:35:00 Hi, I downloaded a programme and when I went to extract the contents there were four files. a .sub file, a .cue file, a .img and a .ccd file.

I know that from this I need to make a bootable cd or something-a-rather, but I have no idea..

Can someone please enlighten me on this process. I use nero burning rom.

301449 2004-12-09 20:49:00 Those files would have been created with Clone CD. You could download (http://www.clonecd.net/) a demo.
Nero should be able to burn it as an image using the .cue file

301452 2004-12-10 04:27:00 um I downloaded the windows 2000 resource kit.

it had these files in it;

Microsoft Windows 2000 resources kit.sub = about 14 megs
Microsoft Windows 2000 resources kit.cue
Microsoft Windows 2000 resources kit.img = 345 megs
Microsoft Windows 2000 resources kit.ccd

I downloaded clonecd, but for some reason I get a hardware error when i go write to imagefile. I just did a *simuilate cd writing* and it copied everything over i think..ii dunno but then the comp still couldnt read it.

Is there a program that will read .img files?

Also Nero Burning Rom spits out an error saying that theres an in the .img file or some****

301453 2004-12-10 04:57:00 Mount it with Alcohol 120% and view it as a virtual drive, or browse it with ISObuster, or burn it with CloneCD. E|im (87)
