| 302727 | 2004-12-14 02:04:00 | Spout, We did, do you have any Idea how much it costs to drag TeleScam to the court of Appeal, Kicking and Screaming, 3 Times?. The did it then, and Lost, they have done it since and gotten away with it. Its a SOP for TeleScam to break Legally Binding contracts when ever they feell like it. If a "person" makes their living, or part of it, buy regularly breaking the law. Society Says your are a "Crimminall" and we shall treat you as such. When an "Entity" (Corporation/Company) does the same thing they are a "Crimminnall Entity", and should be treated as such. Unless that "Crimminnall" Entity" happens to be TeleScam, who are above the law, as far as so many TeleScam supporters are Concerned. So should not be Justly treated as a "Crimminnal Entity" Which in fact they are. If I am a "Contract Breaker" everbody in the Market place, is entitled to Know this. Every contract I sign can Fairly be regarded as un-trustworthy/worthless because tomorrow I may change the rules and not abide buy the contract I have signed. On the basis "After all He's done it before". TeleScam are a very big organiseation. They are allso a very big "Crimminnal Organiseation" They Just wear suits instead of leather jackets. D. |
