| 302562 | 2004-12-13 09:51:00 | Hi Rang the Xtra helpline, there is a message saying that their is currently a fault causing "low data thorughput" which is "currently" being investigated by their technicians. I hung up, then the cynic in me thought, of course they leave a message, someone has a speed problem and then rings and hears that. An excuse. I can't really complain if they say they "we know about it" Sigh |

| 302565 | 2004-12-14 08:19:00 | Well now, since sending xtra an email the problem appears to be fixed, getting line speeds of 1800-1900Kbps, at peak periods. Better than i expected from xtra. |
