| 304574 | 2004-12-17 21:03:00 | Flimsy ? In what way ? The i cutes dont flex like many elcheapo brands, drive cages dont compress when you tighten up the screws on drives, they have decent gauge mild steel constuction, reasonable bracing, how are they flimsy ? yes they flex like elcheapo's, they do not have decent mild steel constuction nor reasonable bracing hence why they are flimsy. they do have a resonable basic design with passable construction and once your rid of the stock PSU they are not a bad elcheapo case. however they have nothing on any good quality case. |

Most schools / offices regularly use the low profile PCI brackets that fit into desktop PCs - it may help to look around for one or contact a solutions provider (i.e. HP, Dell, Acer). That is, if you don't find a retail card that come with a low profile bracket. |

With the greatest or respect Bollocks to the power of 10 plus 1 if your comparing them to lian-li and others of their waste your money posing ilk you are correct your comments on the power supply I agree with Compare the cases to most other non posing cases and they hold up well El cheapo cases on the other hand flex in a gentle breeze, tighten in a screw in a pci card and you can feel the back wall undulate and replacing a side panel becomes an exercise in ferrous yoga Take a look at some of the more horrendous cheap cases out there . Three hundred dollars of aluminium does not automatically make for a better case or a happy system . |
