For chat, I used my Internet login details [at www.kol.co.nz but the page (or pic) doesn't load up, and the help page doesn't load up either. For ftp, I try using SmartFTP using KOL's help webpage, but could not log in. (PS: I do have a KOL account) |

| 305044 | 2006-06-10 11:08:00 | Dear Forum members I am a subscriber to KOL, which majority of you continue to rubbish. I have not had any problems with them at all. What are you all whining about? Are you all just generally dissatisfied with your current life? I think they are a great service to us all who cannot afford broadband, great cheap internet connection. For those who have problems with e-mail try to use the web based ones, I think microsoft outlook etc sucks! As for connections, its been a breeze. Dont worry thats wat happens in the start,then every thing go's laggy like shi*.Im a Word Of WarCraft playa, kol was good at the start until every thing went bad i couldnt even conect to the internet.I download all of the internet boosterz so i can play the game and go on the net,But nothing helped if i could say somethin to the person that made kol i would say "go to hell u gay". P.S This will all happen to u so dont say its fast. |

| 305051 | 2006-06-10 23:19:00 | Might as well add my bit...I'm not a happy camper either and am on final "watch" before I bail out. Been with KOL for about a year. Recently noticed the service crashes "speedwise" after about 5pm - to the degree that it it is totally useless and I have given it away. Was also wondering if I had a technical problem of my own till I remembered everythings works perfectly between 8am/5pm. If things don't improve in this area very shortly I'm out of there............. Never had any problems connecting, so no gripes there. Large delay when sending emails off, patience needed. Help desk impossible...call made a week ago started off with an announced 28 minute delay. Went and made coffee etc and waited until the 3 minutes remark at which stage it just continued recycling at 3 minutes. gave up. In the last month I have directed 5 potential users away from them and will continue to do so... |

Yeah your getting to the stage where every thing go's bad from now until then on.I advise you that you change Isp cause KOL won't inprove any thing at all i had it for around 1year and 6monthz and i still have it im changing it on wednesday. |
