The number of people that would phone up work and start off with "How much is unlimited? I want unlimited internet!" and end up going for the 2nd to lowest/lowest plans because that was all they realistically needed. |

Often hangs up when you do finally get online. I get the feeling this ISP has grown too big too fast and their hardware is now inadequate for the the number of subscribers. Yet they still keep advertising for more subscribers. |

I want unlimited internet!" and end up going for the 2nd to lowest/lowest plans because that was all they realistically needed . well, if you are just a general surfer or just use the net for emails then, no unlimited internet is not for you, but if you have kids then its a different story, they will go way past the amount of hours you have and then at the end of the month you get a nastie bill, well thats probably what would happen to me :lol: in my case we have unlimited internet, my parents just use it for emails and the occasional surf, but i like to download, lots of stuff actually . i leave my pc connected to the net all night downloading . its really up to the person who needs it . |

Yeah i totally agree with u i got it now and it took me like 6 attempts on average 2 connect by sometimes it never connects and it always randomly disconnects me. Especially annoying when ur playing games :annoyed: |

| 305009 | 2005-01-10 08:48:00 | My two bits worth. WeE are with KOL. I have sent them a check for two months connection as did not want to give themm a direct debit. We have downoaded heaps on my 56k dialup connection with no adverse comments about exceeding 100 megs. I think that their speed is slighlty slower than paradise. Paradise used to be 50.6k regulalry but the telephone line has turned to crap of late and they don't get much more than 45 to 49k. KOL is about 40k to 45k on a good day. They definitely are harder to get onto and I agree with the other person who thought that they had got too big too fast. I was going to open up multiple e-mail accounts but I found the website as intuitive as a Microsoft product. I e-mailed for help and got no reply. |
