Today I could not get onto my homepage. I have been having troublel with Orcon, since about the end of July, when they had a major power failure. Cannot get any help even after snail mailing their MD. I have posted a listibng of my problem on Press F1 I know of the same difficulties other are having with Orcon also, spread over 5 or 6 machines in several loacalities and different OS. |

| 305459 | 2004-12-19 05:30:00 | I have had problems accessing my websites on Orcon off and on over the past few months as well and was told by Orcon's support a couple of days ago that they have recently been in the process of upgrading their servers. This has also affected the ability to create new websites which they have temporarily disabled but said should be reinstated soon. Hopefully it won't be too long before things are back to running smoothly once again. We just have to be a bit patient I guess. |

| 305462 | 2004-12-19 08:06:00 | I know it's not recent, but I once exchanged email with a support person at Orcon on a Saturday morning. They promptly replied and resolved my issue very quickly, and I was pleased with that, especially considering that I'm only a FreeHost customer. |
