306054 2004-12-20 23:33:00 Hey guys - Merry Christmas. Peace on earth and all that jazz. Scouse (83)
306055 2004-12-20 23:35:00 at least you didn't have to bump up a 6 year old thread to say that :p Edward (31)
306056 2004-12-21 01:58:00 One of the first things I did when the forum was changed was to see how quick I could access the very first threads. :p

What I want to know is where have all their replies got to? Surely some of those posts actually got answers? :stare:

306059 2004-12-21 06:55:00 Ah,The bad old days, when the forum was dominated by those who were to good to answer, and those to scared to be embarssed by those to good to answer....

Having been here from before day one of the last Forum, that doesn't really square with my recollections Metla, and personally speaking, I doubt that it will square with the recollections of any of the other members who were present on the original Press F1 and migrated to the last version when it was introduced. The old PF1 was always a very friendly Forum with everybody helping others to the best of their ability.

You can't dominate a forum by not posting, that is a non sequitur (a logical impossibility) and even in recent times nobody seems to have been too scared to ask the most obvious question, despite the fact that certain members thought it jolly good sport to abuse them for asking about issues they deemed to be too simple or too obvious for words.

None of the above applies to you either Metla, so rest easy, I'm not having a dig at you. I am just disagreeing with your viewpoint, based on my own observations and experiences on PF1 since 2000 or whenever it was that I originally joined.

Cheers
