| 305985 | 2004-12-20 09:44:00 | Tonight I loaded Mozilla Firefox 1.0 over the previous version. When I attempt to download my new emails after screening them through Mailwasher Pro, Thunderbird (0.7.2) is asking me for my mail addresses, passwords and settings etc. All of my mail boxes seem to have disappeared, along with all my old inwards and outwards email messages. What has happened and how do I retrieve everything and return back to normal?? |

| 305986 | 2004-12-20 10:07:00 | Bad luck dude, I would search the directory to see if you can find the mail folder : C:\Documents and Settings\Your user name\Application Data\Thunderbird\Profiles\bunch-of-letters.default\Mail If they are still there you may be able to import them.Not tested but should work I would zip them and store them as a backup before you try anything. You could also take the chance to update Thunderbird to version 1 ;) |
