| 307215 | 2004-12-24 21:49:00 | Hi I have got an iPod mini for a chrismas present. I see that i need to have USB 2.0 to use it. I dont know where to look to find out. I dont want to take it out if I dont have usb 2.0 because then I cant take it back.... Thanks Mike |

| 307216 | 2004-12-24 21:57:00 | See if theres an entry in device manager under universal serial bus controllers. Saying USB2 enhanced Host controller, or enhanced Host controller. I take it u have XP/2k installed?? Or check out this BIOS. See if theres a USB 2 entry in there. |

| 307218 | 2004-12-24 22:06:00 | OK. Well dont think it'll work with 98 or under only 2k with SP4, or XP. It wont work on your system ....You'll have to install 2k or XP to get it to work at all. |

| 307224 | 2004-12-25 04:37:00 | I have no idea if you have USB2.0 or not. You should be able to use the equipment anyway as USB is backwardly compatible. Just USB2 is faster than USB1.1. It still can be used!!! |
