| 307029 | 2004-12-23 23:51:00 | After reinstalling Winxp and SP1 on my Athlon 2500 the usb ports are not connecting to my scanner or camera. Neither of these appear under "devices" and I just cannot get my usb hardware to be recognised. I have a K7N2G motherboard and have reinstalled all the drivers, still no luck. | bpt2 (6653) | ||
| 307030 | 2004-12-24 00:19:00 | Are these USB 2 ports? if so, if there's an IDE inf file on the cd that came with the mobo, install these, and reboot. | Speedy Gonzales (78) | ||

| 307032 | 2004-12-24 08:24:00 | I could not find the IDE.inf file but installed a usb update fiel from the mobo drivers disk. No luck. Should I try and uninstall and then reinstall the usb ports? How do I do that? Any other ideas? | bpt2 (6653) | ||
| 307033 | 2004-12-24 08:43:00 | Are the usb ports USB2?? If u made this system up, as soon as u put the cd in, it should have an option like install IDE inf files.....when it brings up the options on the cd. Also look under device manager, under the usb devices. If anything shows ? delete it then reboot. |
