| 307564 | 2004-12-26 05:10:00 | I'm trying to get my brother a motherboard and I'm looking on the specs site but I not sure how to interpret what processor exactly the mobo supports? It says: Support AMD K7 CPU (100MHz DDR transfer ) FSB 200 MHz CPU Type Socket A www.chaintech.de Umm does K7 mean Durons? And Athlons? On the auction it says support Durons and Athlons but I'm a little confused now. Please reply soon as the auction has 2 hours to go.. Cheers Willie_M |

| 307566 | 2004-12-26 05:52:00 | WTH!!! Sy, you are rather mistaken unfortunately. The AthlonXP 3200+ systems I make all have a Gigabyte "K7 Triton series" motherboard. K6 is what Sy is referring to. But too late now... |
