It allows to access Windows driven computers and domains in an easy, fast and secure way by using different types of hardware keys. The login and password of the user are entered automatically once the hardware key is connected to the computer. Users gain the flexibility to select from different smart cards, hardware tokens, as well as USB flash drives and other types of removable media to provide fast and convenient two- or three-factor authentication within their Windows environment |

The Dekart Forum (www.dekart.com) mentions using the Key formating utility (www.dekart.com) to prepare the key first. HTH |

Unless they cut ya finger off! Among other metheods fingerprints can be hacked with a drinking glass and super glue, FYI. D. Edit The IBM drivelock system password protects the drive, but the S/W to circumvent or rewrite the P/W is out there legally and pirate for a price. Unless your trying to keep your sister out of your machine, your better looking at the enviroment security and a good P/W. D. |
