1361964 2013-12-07 10:11:00 Most sockets on a TV will be inputs, such as connecting a HDMI (or RCA) cable from a camera, Tivo or SkyTV unit.
This sends audio and video signals from your camera, Sky or Tivo unit to your TV.

However what you want is an Audio Out (output) socket, which sends the audio from your TV to your amp/speakers.
The problem is that Output connectors are not (AFAIK) on all TVs, so if you cannot find Audio Out then hopefully there will be a small jack (socket/hole) to plug in a pair of headphones - go to Dick Smith, Noel Lems or similar store and get a male to male stereo cable to connect the jack on the TV to your amp/speakers.

Post a pic of all the sockets on your Veon if you are not sure of what to do.

I am curious - is it labeled "Audio Out" ?

Dunno but that's where I plugged in my amp, without unplugging everything I can't tell oh and standing on my head behind the TV unit
