1361563 2013-12-03 04:44:00 Just got a call from 001315100072.
Brief debate about whether she was in India or Sri Lanka but she kept insisting she was in Auckland New Zealand.
Finally her supervisor must have told her to get on with the script.
She started her script, saying "This is an EMMA GENSY call about your computer."
After I kept say "a what!?" She repeated EMMA GENSY. I finally said "I don't want any" and she hung up.

1361564 2013-12-03 06:02:00 I get as frustrated as anyone with these calls. But there are two sides to it, and in defence of these people, they would have been recruited into an easy in, easy out regime. They would have been promised the earth - or at least the promise of the possibility of easy money. All in exchange for working for nothing while they so it - and annoy you and I.

Perhaps with no viable alternative promise of income, that's a chance of last resort. Don't let's us all be too hard on them (I need to remind myself from time to time).
