| 1475548 | 2021-03-16 22:06:00 | My Computer is toasted. I need to re install Windows 10? I have the flash drive but don't know how to use it? Can I install Windows 10 and keep the program? Or do I need to build the computer from scratch? | lostsoul62 (16011) | ||

Otherwise , if you reload Win from scratch , assume everything gets wiped . |

Otherwise , if you reload Win from scratch , assume everything gets wiped . It is better to assume that everything is lost, less disappointment that way. |

| 1475556 | 2021-03-21 05:22:00 | I nearly got caught out with this as I used a USB3 drive but the computer I was working on could only boot from USB2 due to its age. I was installing Linux but still the computer was just too old for the drive I tried first. | gary67 (56) | ||
