| 1479948 | 2021-08-22 10:30:00 | I don't think there's any reason to postpone it, anyone who wants to gamble and can't or won't go online will just have to wait until the end of lockdown. In a way they are being forced to save some money. There's no harm here, at all. What are they being denied? Since gamblers like odds why not calculate the odds that not gambling for a couple weeks will save or cost you money. The odds of losing are a bit harder to find than the odds of winning but it's something like 99.99999999...%(+some more 9s. dunno how many but I think it's a lot) I won $27 dollars last night, even that was unlikely. Or to look at it another way, why stop people who can gamble and want to for the sake of those who can't. You will be waiting just as long to buy a ticket regardless of if lotto continues or not. |
