This means that you can be held criminally responsible for breaking any law. None of which means that you will receive a significant form of punishment regardless of what you did. |

Or if that seems too harsh, put them on a chain gang for life, digging the Cook Strait tunnel by hand. I'm guessing most would prefer to be hanged. But don't let them start on a trans-Tasman tunnel |

Some sleazy lawyer will claim ' "poor disadvantaged etc " and soft judges will heed such pleas. Guess who reoffends. Perhaps there should be children licences like gun licences |
