Not including jobs created to administer it . these things are a rort , race doesnt come into it. Plenty of similar nonsense aimed at the general unemployed , incl whites . Its not rasicm , its political spending . Theres plenty of jobs around, many sectors losing money as they cant find staff . So $24M wasted . |

Unfortunately, that $24.1 million will only fatten the pockets of those who dont need it . |
