Dell D600, WinXP SP1 (SP2 not approved for our network), Processor is Intel Pentium M 1.8 GHz. A14 bios which, as of this post, is the latest.
The processor information is not populating in the general tab for System Properties. It is listed correctly in the Bios and in Device Manager. I've tried updating the drivers on the processor but it says i'm using the most updated drivers already. How does the OS populate the general tab? This is a recurring problem with this model for me and I'd like to know what is causing it. Any ideas? |
