| 308645 | 2004-12-29 10:46:00 | have had a diva mp3 player for years... worked fine on last two pc's...but now .... windows xp (with that damn service pack 2) and windows media player 10 i cant get it to load.. i have tried letting windows find it.. no joy tried adding device in windows media... no joy tried downloading anything that looked like it might help from daisy media..no joy.. any ideas what i could do next i plug it in to usb and it just starts playing the songs on it instead of recognising it as a media device |

| 308648 | 2004-12-29 11:27:00 | Make sure you are viewing the address bar in My Computer and type in the last drive letter +1. eg. If you have A:, C:, D: type in E: to see if it comes up |

Open my computer If you can not see the address bar goto View - Toolbars - Address Bar Click once in the address bar and delete what is there Type in the next drive letter that is not showing If you have an (A: ) and a (C: ) and a (D: ), type in E: |
