308509 2004-12-29 04:48:00 Does anybody know of a good partitioning program similar to Partition Magic (but without the cost)? For someone who usually knows what he's doing but lately has been having a few mental meltdowns & brain farts :D...

Needs to be able to handle NTFS and other file systems, and leaves data relatively intact.

Also needs to be free :)

Any suggestions?

Mike.

I have succesfully used a product called "bootit". My OS is XP SP2. A search should find it.

Use QtParted to do it :-) Works a charm, non-destructive is great!
