308316 2004-12-28 11:00:00 I want to control two sets of speakers.

The input is an old radio which will not handle this.

I am to cheap to buy one.

I am thinking it I will make a box that will take the sound from the radio L/R speaker wires, to a knob like a balance knob, then out put to two sets of speakers. I will then be able to have same sound on both sets or more on one set than the other.

Has anyone done anything like this, or if you have any idea what or where I should look, I would like to here from you.

308321 2004-12-28 12:15:00 Nope, has to be round about 10 to 20 ohm Wirewound pot approx 5watt depending on what power you want to put through it (reasonably expensive). Is it a transistor or valve radio? zqwerty (97)

308324 2004-12-28 12:29:00 Thanks guys, hope this gives you an idea of what I'm after (sal.neoburn.net).

It is a stereo caset radio with only one set of speakers. And I want to wire up some outside.
