| 309864 | 2005-01-02 12:31:00 | Hey uh rather basic problem.. Windows XP pro, aopen 52x cdrw. Like most times basically just eject cd rom and chuck a new one in. Doesn't read the new one. Still thinks it's the last one :/ Shows the title of the last one and folders blank when you open it. Any idea? |

| 309865 | 2005-01-02 13:35:00 | Yeah. It's the CD drive or IDE cable, 9 times out of 10 when this fault happens. The drive doesn't notify the PC when a new CD is inserted. Try a new cable, but it may be the drive. How old is it? |
