| 310389 | 2005-01-03 21:19:00 | The subscription renewal price for NAV 2002 was quoted as US $19.95, but when it is converted to $ NZ they charge NZ$60 just to download from the US site. My NAV 2002 was originally purchased from this US site, is it cheaper to renew a subscription if I purchase a NAV copy from an NZ store. |

| 310391 | 2005-01-03 21:47:00 | no i don;t think it makes any difference. however there is a price difference depnding on if you boarght a 1 month ver, 3 month ver or the full 1 year ver. personally for the cost of the subs you could buy another antivirus with 2 year sub. at the very least have a look at other optoins ;) |

At the start of May I phoned Symantec NZ. They quoted me $59.95 To renew NAV 2004 updates. NAV 2006 on CD is $65.00. I wonder why the price difference? I posted them a cheque at the end of the first week of May for the 2006 CD, and I am still waiting! I have phoned twice and both times they told me "It is on back order and should be out soon. Please be patient". :groan: |
