| 310201 | 2005-01-04 10:15:00 | Mike I have had this problem in W98SE (my AMD PC) and XP (Tosihiba laptop) whenever doing a large NAV update from an OS reinstall. I have NAV 2003 as well. The only thing to fix was to wait a few hours and update again and then it seems to fix itself. tedheath |

| 310204 | 2006-04-21 10:14:00 | Using such an old Norton Product might be a serious problem there. Last time I use an Old NAV to update but some updates and cannot be downloaded due to the date of the product because they are focusing on new product updates for new norton products. They don't really care if you have a product that is so old. I have the previous year NAV which is included in the Norton System Works 2005. All the updates runs OK. Nothing wrong except the older version of Norton products. Norton System Works is a very good tools for PC but very costly for annual payment for New Norton System Work which cost $100+ NZD. But I can't live without Norton System Works these days due to its saving for my computer from worms, viruses, spyware and etc. Norton Anti-Virus still rocks because of easy use and updates are available quite regulary. It needs a powerful PC to run NSWs that's all. | MTLance (6768) | ||
