| 310777 | 2005-01-05 03:38:00 | Hi All I have a problem with my Wireless Network. I have the following hardware… Desktop - P4 2 GHz running XP Home SPack 2 with ADSL modem installed, connected to a ‘Netgear Wireless Router DG834G’ by network cable. Laptop – Athlon 1.8MHz running XP Home SPack 2. Laptop has a ‘Wireless PC Card wg511v2’. Both computers have Windows Firewall running, I have installed the wireless with all of the default setting. I can see and browse the Laptop from the Desktop. I can see my Desktop from the Laptop, but can not acess or see any of the drives, or connect to the internet. I can print for the Laptop to the printer connected to the desktop over the wireless network. I have shared all of the drives on the Desktop. Has anyone got any ideas. Please tell me the button to push to make the rest of this work. John |
