| 310604 | 2005-01-04 11:10:00 | Hi, I use Nortons SystemWorks 2001 (yeah, I know, it's old) & Win98SE. Lately, when I use Speed Disk to defrag my hard drive it would freeze the PC at about 74% of the way thru the task. I've check & cleaned the PC for viruses. Any thoughts? David |

| 310605 | 2005-01-04 17:37:00 | Just a couple of quick thoughts: Does the defrag that comes with Win98se work? Have you run ScanDisk (thorough) that comes with Win98se to check for bad sectors? |
