| 311492 | 2005-01-07 03:37:00 | I downloaded and installed it and it found some spyware that both Ad-Aware and Spybot missed - so I'm withholding judgement for a while. I read a report that said it is pretty buggy - but then it is a v1.0 Beta, so we should probably not expect much less. |

They haven't stated what sort of (if any) price will be involved. I guess this sort of application being made available via MS (through their Protect your PC scheme) easily means that those users who are not so computer savvy can get protection. I see that MS purchased the technology from GAINT (www.giantcompany.com) and this is MS's press release (www.microsoft.com) over it. |

They should have purchased spybot and adawere,and given the creators a 10 billion handshake for saving there asses over the last 2 or 3 years. |
