| 311461 | 2005-01-06 21:20:00 | As my digital camera collection grows it obviously becomes harder and harder to sort them. Presently the camera software i have allows me to tag them with place/people/events. this works great in the programme itself but when i open it in other image software i don't see that tag attached to it. (It could be my lack of skills in the other prog) in short can someone tell me if there are tags for imagines. What are they called. and are they limited to points such as people/places/events? |

| 311462 | 2005-01-06 21:27:00 | There arent any tags to images that I know of. Maybe the time/date, if the digital cam has this option. So, when u take a photo it shows it on the photo or something. Extif looks like its some kind of virtual driver / software program for cams. Not a tag of some sort. ID3 is for mp3's isnt it? The tags are most probably shown since whatever program ur using it can understand what the tags mean. Whatever the tags are. |

Alternatively use folders and filenames? Hmm... this looks interesting: www.hugsan.com |
