does anyone have a phone number or email addy by which i can conatct a samsung hard drive representative here in NZ so that I can ascertain if I may RMA one of their harddrives ?. I did find a online contact form on one of their websites, (the oz one i think) but they aint responding.......... |

for RMA of most hardware it should go back to the place you got it from. |

um...........that dont always work too well............. this ones a drive which has been given to me pulled from someones pc after it died.......and of course the pc itself is outta warranty but the drive most likely is'nt........in fact the last three drives I've RMA'd were from similar circumstances |
