| 312276 | 2005-01-09 01:35:00 | I tried to download the trial version of school tycoon from www.trygames.com . When I went to download it I realised how long it was going to take to download and decided that I didn't want it anymore. I thought that I would be able to just send the file to the recycle bin, but when I try to do that a error comes up saying: "Cannot delete SchoolTycoonSetup-dm: It is being used by another person or program. Close any programs that might be using the file and try again." I need help getting rid of it because it is getting really annoying :mad: Also when I search for the file on my computer, it comes up with the list of files and the ones that are something to do with the school tycoon file are in a blue font. All other searched files are written in black. What does this mean? Hope someone can help. Thanks. |

| 312278 | 2005-01-09 04:16:00 | Yeah, I've tried in safe mode and nothing happens, the same error comes up. I think I'm just going to have to complete the download and then delete it. do you think the "-dm" has anything to do with it? Any idea's about the blue font? |

| 312280 | 2005-01-09 10:17:00 | I'm not too sure exactly because my brother was actually the one who wanted it. I think he just clicked on download and saved it to the desktop and opened it with winzip. Then once that file was installed, there was an icon added to the desktop, which controls the download. When I connect to the Internet, the download continues thought that desktop icon saying "download progress x % done [pause] [cancel]" It's automatically being saved to C:\Downloads. I am downloading the file and will just have to wait until it finishes (34% done), when I can hopefully delete it. |

| 312281 | 2005-01-09 20:40:00 | sounds like he downloaded a setup.exe (basicly a downloader) so you won't be able to delete that file untill the downloader has been stopped (give it the 3 fingered salute). i would also give the pc a run through with adaware/spybot. |
