| 311854 | 2005-01-07 19:18:00 | I know absolutely nothing about Raid. I have one hard disk ,all in one partition. Would there be any advantage in trying to activate RAID??? My new M/B has raid and Sata Raid and raid 0 and raid 1. Are they any use to me or should I just ignore them. Jack |

| 311855 | 2005-01-07 19:30:00 | They are no use to you, unless you have two hard disks, as raid 1 mirrors two disks, and raid 0 spreds data between two harddisks and gives more room. Raid stands for "redundant array of independent disks" |
