Use QtParted for free non-destructive partitioning!
Nice GUI too

312907 2005-01-11 05:52:00 Is that one for Windows too?, or just Linux? Bazman (6587)

312909 2005-01-11 07:11:00 Why not use the disk management utility that comes free with windows?

Star -> Run -> Type in compmgmt.msc -> Go down the left hand pane and select Disk Management.

It's not as powerful as the likes of partition magic but is damn handy.

312910 2005-01-11 08:40:00 Yeah, Doze and Linux for QtParted... God bless Open-Source Software.

PartImage on the disk is great also! Ive used it many times from Knoppix, and this also does Doze backups (Sorta like Norton Ghost).

Thats great if you dont mind losing the data.... I use that when wanting to format my thumbdrive. Quick and easy!
