312499 2005-01-09 19:53:00 Hi......I am away from home most weekends and am looking for a way to check all my accounts at once, ideally on the web to save logging into all seperately. I have 2 pop accounts and another 4 webmail addresses I would like to check. Is there any program or webmail type services that will do this?
Thanks in advance, Mark

312500 2005-01-09 20:12:00 Outlook Express will let u check more than 1 pop address. Just add both usernames/passwords to the accounts. And it'll check both when u open it.

If u mean hotmail accounts, you would also be able to do this within OE, if u use it. (OE 6).

Depends what u mean away from Home in the weekends (out of the country, or still in NZ). I would say you would have to do them separately, if ur not actually in NZ on weekends (thru webmail - the ISP's homepage), if they have the option.

For pop email. And thru whatever service u have for the other 4 emails. (Hotmail,Gmail,Yahoo etc). I would check whatever service you're with, they may have the program you're looking for, for the webmail emails/accounts.

312501 2005-01-09 20:45:00 Thanks speedy, I'm in NZ but just trying to save time. I don't want to impose myself on My hosts pc so might have to check them 1 by 1 off the web wooda2 (4837)
312502 2005-01-09 21:02:00 Thunderbird, an alternative email program to Outlook Express and MS Outlook may be what you are looking for soon.

Have a read on the site about a version being developed that runs off a USB drive. Makes portability real, and would not interfere with any computer.

312503 2005-01-10 02:47:00 Try e prompter (http://www.eprompter.com/) . I used it for a while. You can set it to check for new messages at regular intervals. 4bes (2848)
