313988	2005-01-14 11:52:00	Does anyone think that making a Live/RunTime Coldfusion to ASP V3 converter would be a good idea? I really want to have a more RAD-like [Rapid Application Development] environment but well CFMX server costs like $1700 for an intranet/licence, and for web server out there that has it seems limited. I am thinking a ASP based Parser could do the guts of most of it...... Probably it could take several weeks to months to develop, and it may be slightly different in terms of how it gets evoked but the code could sectionised the reinterpreted to ASP code then run... on a live basis.. I am thinking like a script of $300-$500 may be more desirable, if i was to do it and give it to others [reduced for less wealthy companies/people] than say a $1700 program, but it would be different, Cold Fusion add-ons compatibilty would be zilch except for coded implementations. Is it worth it? Coding in ASP V3 sometimes there can be some code which is redundant and slow... and i'd rather either use a more standard RAD-Increased system or a proprietary one of greater consequence, but then too obscure and it might not be 'sellable' as a skill	CreightonBrown (5692)
