1378097 2014-06-29 00:41:00 Hey guys
just wondering if any of you would know what the best connection would be for my projector to computer

the projector has these inputs

VIDEO IN terminal
S-VIDEO IN terminal
RGB 1 input (RGB 1 IN) terminal
RGB 2 input (RGB 2 IN) terminal
DVI-D IN terminal
LAN terminal
REMOTE1 IN/OUT terminal
REMOTE2 IN terminal
SERIAL IN terminal
SERIAL OUT terminal

I'm wanting to connect to my laptop which has the usual connections, 1 VGA, 1 HDMI, 2 USB3.0, 2 USB2.0 etc...

how would be best for me to connect this? THANKS

1378098 2014-06-29 01:20:00 Well the laptop doesnt have any of those connections. So you may have to get some kind of adapter. Unless the LAN terminal works. This may work (www.dicksmith.co.nz). But you may or may not get sound Speedy Gonzales (78)

1378100 2014-06-29 03:13:00 The VGA on the projector is the RGB inputs so just use a standard VGA cable from the laptop to either of the RGB inputs on the projector.
Easiest and cheapest and will still give an excellent picture.
This won't give you any sound out of the projector but the speaker in there will be piss poor anyway.

1378102 2014-06-29 23:01:00 Can you post the model number of the projector and laptop?
DVI to HDMI is probably your best bet. Adaptors are pretty cheap too.
This one is $11.44 www.pbtech.co.nz(18+1)-Cable.-S
